Return Process

Log in to your Maple Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship to Our Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
